Institution Impact

Our partnerships with colleges and universities are an essential component of the EAW success story. EAW helps students stay in school, do better in their classes, complete their degree, graduate with less debt, and launch a satisfying and successful career.

Like EAW, our institutional partners are eager to make sure that students who have the greatest need are most effectively served. We work with institutions to identify students who are most likely to benefit by working with EAW. Then, we collaborate with colleges and universities to support students with financial aid, enrollment, and career services.

Our partnerships with five institutions across the country are campus communities where the support for EAW is embraced because of our nonprofit mission and impact of tuition assistance.

EAW helps our institutional partners address the challenge of disproportionate access to paid internship opportunities for students of color, low-income, and first-generation students. The EAW model helps these students earn the money they need to stay in school, while learning the skills that will help them earn more money once they graduate. Our collaboration with universities and colleges ensures that students who have the greatest need are most effectively served.
